A theme goes up
Each round has one prompt, sometimes a mood, sometimes a rule like "covers only" or "deep cuts". Everyone answers the same one.
Everyone submits a song
One track per player, chosen to fit the theme. Submitted quietly, without seeing what anyone else picked first.
The picks go into one playlist
Submissions get combined into a single anonymous playlist so nobody knows who picked what while they listen.
Everyone votes
You rate or rank the tracks, sometimes with a comment on why. Whoever's name is on a pick stays hidden until voting closes.
Scores carry across rounds
Points from each round add up on a running leaderboard, and a full season runs for several rounds before crowning a winner.
